Weekly Update: Jan 08

Ok everyone, exhale deeply....the holidays are over. What a wonderful season it was here at Advent with Santa Lucia,the Sharing Tree, our youth lighting the advent wreath, a packed house at Christmas eve, and baptisms the Sundays before and after Christmas! Thank you to everyone who put the time and effort in making it happen! Also, thank you to our crew that cleaned up this morning!

This Sunday if you would like to take one of the Poinsettias please do so!

This Sunday we will be observing the Baptism of our Lord. (Then next Sunday, the 18th, we will have another Baptism)

Tomorrow night is the Chili Cookoff during the Come to Friday dinner. Bring your favorite recipe and those that are there will decide who goes home the winner. Food will be served after 4:30pm and the judging will happen at 5pm (roughly).

The Ladies lunch is this Saturday at 11:30am at the Max at Mirabeau.
