Weekly Update: Nov 27

Wow, did you know that our Come to Friday dinner crew handed out around 110 meals last Friday? Along with our usual crowd we had families from the Child Center for our Art on Broadway. Thanks to Terry and the crew!

If you find yourself not in the Black Friday mess come to the church at 9am (November 28th) and help get our spaces decorated for Advent and the Christmas seasons. There will be goodies and coffee!

A Happy THANKSGIVING to you all! The staff and leadership at Advent wish you all a safe and wondrous thanksgiving. We give God thanks for all of you!

When you ask our high schoolers what they want to do for the holiday season they respond....."Let's make lefse!" There is a sign up sheet on the table in the narthex if you would like to buy packages of lefse. The lefse will be ready on Sunday December 7th.

We look forward to lighting the first candle on the Advent wreath this Sunday!
